black wig...
The reason I put the green bandana back in my hair (in the car on the way home from getting it done), and the reason I wasn't able to wear my hair down for the first couple of days, is because every time I looked at myself in the mirror, I felt like I was wearing a black wig.

Wow! That hair (and that cute sweater) totally make your eyes pop! Dang! That hair is treating you well!
ReplyDeleteI totally relate though, when I chopped and bleached my hair into a platinum faux-hawk I thought I was wearing a hat everytime I caught my reflection anywhere and little tykes in my nursery class didn't have a clue who I was.
LOL! There is a LOT of difference between Ruby's black wig and your freshly dyed locks.
ReplyDeleteYou do look different (but NOT in a BAD way!) In fact, your new hair color makes your eyes really pop!
I know what you mean, though. A couple of years ago, I chopped my hair short for Locks of Love and then dyed my new short do brown. For the longest time I felt like I was wearing a brown football helmet.

Nicole you can pull off any color of hair, even bright orange. or green, you are so beautiful it doesn't matter what your hair looks like!
